You can search by development name, location, developer or any number of other filters available on the GrouperDeal website. Simply input the information you are looking for and then receive matching search results. You can also save the developments you are interested in by clicking “Follow”. Following a development allows you to receive updates and get quick access online to revisit easily later.

How do I receive updates and notifications?

There are two ways to receive up-to-the-minute updates and notifications:

1. Opt-in when you sign up 

2. Hover your mouse cursor over your profile image (top right corner of the menu bar) and then click the following tabs - 'My Profile' / 'Account Settings' / 'Email Notifications'.  Choose what types of email notifications you want to receive.

Walkscore is an effective way of knowing how walkable your potential new neighborhood is. Neighborhoods are rated on a scale of 0 to 100 where 100 means it is a walker’s paradise and 0 indicates that the neighborhood is car-dependent. How do I update my info and password?

Passwords are updated from your 'My Profile' page. Here is how to get there:

1. Hover your mouse cursor over your profile image (top right corner of the menu bar) 

2. Click the following tabs - 'My Profile' / 'Account Settings' / 'Profile' / 'Password' 

3. Change your info and password

How do I follow Groups or Deals?

Glad you asked! 

Luckily, each Group and Deal page has a “Follow” button below the description. When you are signed in to your account, clicking this button will save the Group or Deal for easy access and updates when you return to GrouperDeal.com. 

 

Where can I view the Groups and Deals I follow?

You will see all the Groups and Deals that you are following or have joined on your 'My Profile' when you are signed in to your account. 

To access your 'My Profile' page:

 

1. Hover your mouse cursor over your profile image (top right corner of the menu bar) 

2. Click the 'My Profile' tab 

3. The Groups and Deals you are following or have joined will be displayed on the left-hand side of the page

 

Can I edit a Group or Deal page? 

Most Definitely. 

You can submit an edit by using the ‘Edit’ button that is located below the description of the Group or Deal you are viewing. This button will take you to a web form where you can let us know what changes need to be made. We do our best to keep our listings up to date so thanks for helping us stay accurate!

 

How do I share Groups or Deals with others?

Easy! 

Simply click on the 'Share' or Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter or Email icons throughout the website for the best way for you to share GrouperDeal with your friends and family!  The bigger the group, the better the deals!

 

What if I can't find the development that I like?

The GrouperDeal database is consistently updated. Come back and look around to find the newest developments and information on available condos. 

If you are looking for something in particular that is not listed on the website, please fill out a ‘Contact Us’ web form and let us know. We would be more than happy to research it and add it to our website listings. 

 

What is the estimated discount based upon?

The estimated discount is based upon previous deals that have been negotiated with developers in a specific city. It is our way of making it easy to see how much you may be able to save. 

 

What does "Up To" mean?

This is the maximum percentage you can expect to save on your condo by purchasing within the Group or Deal. Looks nice, doesn’t it?

 

What does "Save Up To" mean?

This is the maximum dollar amount you can expect to save on your condo by purchasing with the Group or Deal. Looks nice, doesn’t it?

 

What does "Buy Now" mean?
